I too had very similar lady bug story. At my grandmas funeral, i was giving my grandfather a hug, the only hug he ever gave me, and a lady bug landed on me and bit me. Then they were all over and i had to get into my mothers truck cuz they were so bad, but i was the only one it happened too. Then when my grandpa died and i didn’t even know yet.It was the beginning of January. My house filled with lady bugs! This is the same grandpa from the funeral. And now every time i call my dad, the son of said grandparents, he see’s a ladybug. When i went to get my ladybug tattoo behind my ear. My dad went outside and a lady bug landed on him.

Thank you Miki.
You are the nearest one I know that really understands just how special Ben was to me with all my spine problems. If not for Ben I would of gave up on my litlle site patsynow, alot of times.
since then I have had my surgery, and I need to get back into doing things like my site- Patsynow but its hard for many reasons maybe one being because I don’t have Bens encouraging words. Might take me awhile but I’m will get back in the swing of things.

Yes I am very proud and lucky for these grandkids
and we have another on the way due around Aug.
but I will leave that for another whole post.

Patsy,
I know of the story, we’ve spoke of it a lot of times.
Grandma Faherty Loved you two girls very much
You learned a lot from her,
She was an extraordinary person her whole life.
She showed her kids, her grandkids & great grandkids LOVE, She taught us to be STRONG, be KIND and To do unto others as you wish them to do unto you. I am so glad that you got to know her and that you remember thing that you did with her as a child. It’s kinda sad to think of our young ones growing up not getting to know her.
She was a VERY EXTRA SPECIAL person,
one that is Loved by many people.

I have heard you tell this experience in person but reading it here really touches me. I think sharing things like this is wonderful and I hope you continue to share stories like this and I truly have enjoyed reading it.

I think Stories and experiences like this help to mold us to become better people.
